Carol A. Hayden

Carol grew up in Raleigh, North Carolina.She received a music degree from TempleUniversity, and her Juris Doctor from North CarolinaCentralUniversity. She spent ten years living overseas with her husband and four children, teaching at foreign universities. She has worked in the title insurance industry since 1993, specializing in like-kind exchange transactions. Carol has contributed to North Carolina Lawyers Weekly and has conducted numerous seminars for attorneys, realtors, and CPAs.Carol joined Investors Title in 1997, where she now serves as Vice President-Title Attorney of the Commercial Services Division, which coordinates commercial real estate transactions nationwide. She is also Executive Vice President of Investors Title Exchange Corporation (ITEC), facilitating like-kind exchange transactions.Carol is a member of the tax and real property sections of the North Carolina Bar Association and American Bar Association.She is also a member of the Federation of Exchange Accommodators (FEA), Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women, International Council of Shopping Centers, Urban Land Institute, and serves on the Advisory Board for the Meredith College Paralegal Program.
Tonya Mason

Tonya was born in Bethesda, Maryland, but grew up in Shelby, North Carolina.She attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill where she received a Bachelor of Arts in English and Political Science.Tonya joined Investors Title in 1995, and has worked in the Lender Relations Department, Underwriting Support Unit, and later joined the Commercial Services Division in 2003.She attended the Evening Program at North CarolinaCentralUniversity, while working at Investors Title, and received her Juris Doctor in December 2000.Tonya is a member of the real property section of the North Carolina Bar Association as well as a member of the Urban Land Institute, and the Triangle Commercial Real Estate Women.She is also a regular contributor to North Carolina Lawyers Weekly.
Marianne has been with Investors Title Insurance Company since August of 1993 and brings forward many years of commercial underwriting experience. She has held various positions with the Company such as Underwriter, Special Projects Coordinator, Office Manager and currently holds the position of Commercial Transactions Coordinator since June of 2002. Marianne coordinates large commercial transactions in various states, underwrites all Charlotte branch office commercial business along with other commercial related responsibilities. She is based in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. Marianne enjoys snow skiing, golf, travel and spending time with her husband, Stuart and her son, Will.
Dana is a real estate paralegal who has worked under the direct supervision of real estate attorneys in Virginia and North Carolina since 1978. Immediately preceding her employment with Investors Title, she took a four-year pause from real estate while working for a corporate attorney. Dana joined Investors in 1997 as the office manager of the Durham Branch and transitioned to the Commercial Services Division in 2005 where she coordinates and underwrites multi-county and multi-state commercial transactions. Dana enjoys gardening, creative crafts and traveling with her family.
