About Commercial Services Division
The Commercial Services Division offers expert management of complex commercial real estate transactions combined with our ability to provide one point of contact for coordination and procurement of title evidence in all states. We offer escrow services for pre- and post-closing deposits in interest-bearing accounts and insure any size transaction with a cover that is backed by exceptional financial strength through our relationship with First American Title Insurance company.
Vice President-Commercial Services Division Manager & Title Attorney Charity grew up in Marion, North Carolina. She graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in 2001. She returned to the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and earned her Juris Doctor in 2004. Prior to joining Investors Title, Charity was an attorney with a real estate firm in Asheville, North Carolina. There she focused on residential real estate closings and real property issues. She is a member of the North Carolina State Bar. Charity joined the ITIC in 2007 and is a contributing author to Investors Title newsletters and seminar materials. Charity is a speaker at many of the Investors Title seminars. |
 Marianne Mathis Joines Senior Commercial Transactions Coordinator, Commercial Services Division Marianne has been with Investors Title Insurance Company since August of 1993 and brings forward many years of commercial underwriting experience. She has held various positions with the Company such as Underwriter, Special Projects Coordinator, Office Manager and currently holds the position of Commercial Transactions Coordinator since June of 2002. Marianne coordinates large commercial transactions in various states, underwrites all Charlotte branch office commercial business along with other commercial related responsibilities. She is based in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. Marianne enjoys snow skiing, golf, travel and spending time with her husband, Stuart and her son, Will. |
